raw dairy producers

Raw dairy producers around the UK are selling from their farm or farm shop and many sell at their local farmers markets. It's worth asking at your local market to see if anyone will sell you raw milk or if they know of a farmer in your area who still produces raw milk.

Email us if you know of anyone we can add to the list.

information

Milk, cream and ice cream from organic Jersey cows.

We have a herd of approximately 40 (milking) Jersey cows which are produced organically in a very low stress environment. They have 103 acres of grassland to graze in the summer, and are housed in a large loose straw barn over the winter.

We mainly produce ice cream - to John's own 'Beaconhill' recipe - with as many flavours as anyone would like, including green apple and cinnamon, Christmas pudding, cappucino - and of course, the perennial favourite - vanilla!

We also produce "green top" unpastuerised milk which is bottled on the morning of milking and sold direct from the farm and at Farmers' Markets.

There are many events over the summer which we attend with our ice cream wagon - such as the Scarecrow Festival at Belbroughton, near Worcester and the horse competitions at Hilltop Cross Country course, Ledbury.
