A Farmers Market is one in which farmers, growers or producers from a defined
local area are present in person to sell their own produce, direct to the public. All products sold should have been grown, reared, caught, brewed,
pickled, baked, smoked or processed by the stallholder. Stallholders can not purchase and resell another farmer's produce. In a food market stallholders
can resell another farmers goods.

London's oldest fresh produce market, established
in 1756 and known as London's Larder, Borough Market can trace its
history back nearly a thousand years. Today, Borough market has a
very successful fine food market every weekend, with specialist
farmers and producers travelling from all over the country to
sell their wares. This first-rate market has gained quite a reputation
amongst London's 'foodies', as well as top chefs and restaurateurs
and regularly appears on TV.
Where else in Central London can you buy in one place: rare breed pork, ham, Italian salami, wild boar, venison, ostrich,
game, poultry, grass fed beef, lamb, fish, olives, cheeses, raw cream, farm made butter, fresh coffee, fine teas, wines and beers (many organic),
speciality bread, hand made cakes and chocolates, wild mushrooms, fruit and vegetables?
