Beef, Pork and Lamb
Our
livestock are organically reared here at Park Farm, with 380
acres of fields to roam. Our organic beef cattle feed on grass
and non-gmo soya meal to boost protein levels. Our organic pigs
feed on grass and ground organic corn, while our organic sheep
feed on grass.
Poultry
All of our poultry is free range and
approved by the Soil Association. Our certified organic chickens,
turkeys, ducks and geese come from registered organic stock,
are humanely reared on registered
organic land and fed 100% organic corn.
Unlike many traditional poultry farmers, we do not routinely
use antibiotics and we never use growth hormones.
Fish
Organic salmon reared in the crystal
clear waters off the west coast of Ireland.
And organic fruit and veg.
