In summer they do fruit, vegetables and honey,
In winter, they rear free-range, slow grown, Embdon/Toulouse
cross
geese for the Christmas market.
The geese are free-range on grass
and are fed on own-grown potatoes
and corn. Once they
are
slaughtered, the geese are dry-plucked in the traditional way,
which means the skin remains dry and crisp when cooked.
They also do excellent goose fat! (Editor)
