From
the heart of remote Mid-Wales, Graig Farm Organics offers a wide
range of superb quality, award-winning organic meats, groceries,
and other produce. There are too many awards to mention, you'll have
to visit their site to see them all, but they won Organic Retailer
of theYear 2001/2 and "Best Organic Mail Order" from
BBC Good Food Magazine January 2003.
The produce comes from a collective of farms
and the meat selection includes
goat, mountain lamb, mountain mutton, beef, pork, chicken; additive-free
goat,
wild
Boar, venison,
wild rabbit, game, pate, burgers, sausages and even pet food. The
meat has full traceability and comes from old fashioned British
breeds, slow grown and hung for maturity, even the chickens can
be bought hung.
They also have a dairy (no raw available), a
fishmonger selling Soil Association certified wild fish from St
Helena and organic, chemical free trout and salmon, a bakery and
a range of other items.
